The purchase of coaching services (individual coaching, workshops, or bespoke B2B services). By using the site or purchasing services you agree to these terms.

Including without limitation, any modification, that may be published from time to time by ADHD Writing Solutions (collectively, the “Agreement”). ADHD Writing Solutions will collect your personal information including your name, contact details, and payment details, browsing, profile information (including profile photo) and site activity in our proprietary and third-party algorithms. All personal information will be handled, used, maintained, and disclosed by
ADHD Writing Solutions in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and data protection laws as well as our Privacy Policy which applies from time to time.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon closure, access to services and materials associated with the account will end, subject to any ongoing subscription or contractual obligations.
Subscription Plans
We may offer subscription-based services, membership programs, or recurring access plans. Subscription features, duration, pricing, and included services will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase.
Payments and account management are processed through Stripe, or direct invoices. By enrolling in a subscription plan, the client agrees to pay the applicable recurring fees and acknowledges that access to subscription services is provided only while payments remain active.
a. Billing and Renewal. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, per-semester, or annually, depending on the plan selected). Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the current subscription rate. By subscribing, the client authorizes us to automatically charge the payment method provided for each subscription renewal until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
b. Cancellations and Termination. Clients may cancel a subscription by providing written notice or by using the designated cancellation method provided in their account or confirmation email. Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Access to subscription services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless immediate termination is requested. No partial-period refunds or credits will be issued unless required by law or unless expressly stated otherwise in the plan terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription at our discretion in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or misuse of services. In such cases, access to subscription services will be disabled and outstanding fees remain payable.
c. Failed Payments. If a subscription payment cannot be processed, the client will be notified, and we may retry payment using the provided payment method. Failure to resolve payment issues within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of access to subscription services. All outstanding balances remain due and payable.
Our Website (Services)
We provide coaching, training, consulting, and related professional services on a one-off, package-based, and subscription basis. For business-to-business (B2B) clients, services are initiated only after a formal proposal or quotation has been issued and accepted. Acceptance occurs when the client signs the proposal, submits written confirmation, or makes payment in accordance with stated terms.
For individual clients, engagement begins when the client books a session or package and payment is successfully processed. By completing a booking or submitting payment, the client confirms their agreement to these Terms and Conditions and enters a service contract with us.
The client agrees to actively participate in services, attend scheduled sessions, and provide all necessary information, materials, and timely responses to enable proper delivery of services. Failure to participate, respond, or attend sessions does not constitute grounds for refund unless otherwise required by law or stated in the specific plan terms.
Deliverables and Timelines
All deliverables, milestones, timelines, and service expectations will be outlined in the relevant proposal, subscription details, booking confirmation, or order document. Deliverables are provided strictly in line with the agreed scope.
Any modifications to scope, accelerated timelines, additional services, or expanded deliverables may result in revised pricing and updated service schedules, which must be approved in writing prior to execution. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client, including delays in providing required information, materials, or approvals.
Copyright and Other Rights
All content included in or made available by ADHD Writing Solutions, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of Passionate Writer Coaching {ADHD Writing Solutions} and is protected by the European Union and international copyright and authors’ rights laws and (where applicable).
Other than to the extent necessary to use the ADHD Writing Solutions Services for their permitted purposes and in accordance with these Terms, you may not copy, extract and/or re-utilize any content of ADHD Writing Solutions without our express written consent, including, without limitation, any listings, descriptions, prices and account information. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of the ADHD Writing Solutions Services or their content, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of the ADHD Writing Solutions Services or their content without our express written consent.
Prohibited Use
As a User of the Website, you agree to abide by the following guidelines; you must not:
a. Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully

Children’s Privacy
ADHD Writing Solutions Website is designed for users aged 16 and over. By using the site, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract.
We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 16. Under UK GDPR, digital consent applies from age 13, and under EU GDPR, from age 16 (unless a lower national age applies). Coaching Privacy
Any work samples that Client shares with ADHD Writing Solutions in the course of service provision/coaching process remain fully the intellectual property of Client and will be viewed by Coach as materials to which Client holds the authorial copyright, meaning ADHD Writing Solutions fully agrees that temporary access to Client’s text or ideas does not imply a license for ADHD Writing Solutions to share the work (in part or in whole) in any context or in any medium.
Likewise, any digital objects or artefacts which ADHD Writing Solutions shares with Client (exercise prompts, worksheets, project templates, original recordings such as videos or courses, and other original digital artefacts and products) remain the intellectual property of ADHD Writing Solutions.
Client’s invitation to use these digital products for personal educational gain within the ADHD Writing Solutions process does not include the right to share or distribute ADHD Writing Solutions’ digital products, or any fraction thereof, in a manner which would violate ADHD Writing Solutions’ authorial copyright. Client is prohibited from distributing ADHD Writing Solutions’ digital products to general or specific outside parties but remains welcome to publicly describe (verbally or in writing) personal experiences of working with these objects for general educational purposes, as permitted by fair use laws.
It is Client’s choice whether or not to allow recording of online writing sessions. If recordings are made, Client will receive an invitation via email to download the video file for personal archival use. Before recording begins, both parties must verbally agree that the recording will be for internal archival use only on both sides and that the video content co-created therein will not be shared (in part or in full) with outside parties besides ADHD Writing Solutions and Client.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We handle all client information, materials, and coaching notes as confidential and use them only for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not disclose client information without consent unless required by law. For B2B and institutional clients, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where needed. We also support reasonable information security requirements and professional confidentiality standards.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations. Where a client requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we will enter into one and will apply appropriate safeguards for any international data transfers.
We may use secure third-party service providers (e.g., payment platforms, scheduling tools, cloud storage) to facilitate delivery of services. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of their materials. Upon request and subject to legal obligations, we will securely delete client information after the engagement ends.
Right of Withdrawal (EU / Italian Consumer Law)
If you are an EU-based individual consumer (not a business client), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering the contract, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU and Italian consumer protection law. Electronic Communication
When you use the ADHD Writing Solutions Services or send e-mails, text messages, or other communication from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. Jurisdiction Specific Users (UK, US & EU)
Our services are offered globally. If you access or use ADHD Writing Solutions from the United Kingdom, the United States, or any other European Union member state, the following terms apply in addition to our core Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:
a. United Kingdom Users. For users located in the UK, we comply with applicable UK consumer and data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection

c. United States Users. While the US does not have a federal consumer privacy law equivalent to the GDPR, we take reasonable steps to respect privacy and consumer fairness for US users. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the provision of services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For data protection matters, processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018)
In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Massa Carrara, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence. Nothing in this section deprives users of any rights they may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation in their own jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.
