General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, coaching packages, and subscription plans offered by ADHD Writing Solutions. By purchasing services from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for:

  1. Completed sessions
  2. Partially-used months of service
  3. Missed or unused coaching sessions
  4. Client scheduling conflicts or changes in availability
  5. Lack of participation, engagement, or results

We are committed to providing high-quality support and encourage clients to contact us at susanne@passionatewritercoaching.com if concerns arise so we may address them promptly

Refunds for Multi-Month Subscription Plans

For prepaid 6-month or 12-month subscription packages, clients may request a refund only for unused, full months remaining in their subscription term.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Partially-used months
  • Past months already accessed

Refunds will be calculated based on the original per-month price of your subscription plan (not promotional pricing unless applicable)

 

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email: susanne@passionatewritercoaching.com

Include:

  • Full name
  • Email used for subscription
  • Date of purchase
  • Type of plan purchased
  • Reason for cancellation (optional, for improvement purposes)

Refunds for eligible unused full months will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Eligibility

Our coaching programs and writing-support services involve time, expertise, and resource access. For this reason:

Refunds are only available on unused full months of prepaid 6- or 12-month plans
 No refunds are offered for:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Sessions, support, or strategy access already used
  • Partially used months
  • Digital materials already accessed or downloaded

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or replace any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, including EU/Italian consumer law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, and relevant Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws, where they apply
